Harriet Kumordzie Adabla is a dedicated, highly experienced, and sought-after business consultant with an unwavering passion for problem-solving and adding value to businesses and individuals. Owner and CEO of Hak Business Solutions Limited, Harriet has earned her reputation as a solution-driven, people-person with the ability to adapt to deliver success. A resourceful and committed professional, Harriet is cherished by both her business clients and coachees in academia. A philanthropist, she founded the HAK Educational Foundation whose core business is to train and support young people in Ghana to build and sustain businesses ultimately giving them financial independence.
Harriet has built a thriving career in business consultancy, leading business analysis and architecture activities in regulatory and business change, process re-engineering, and digital and technology-driven initiatives for tier 1 companies within the Telecoms and Finance industries. She has also worked on large and complex programs and cross-functional projects in both agile and waterfall environments.
A firm believer in continuous learning and development, Harriet holds a Master’s in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change from Birkbeck College, University of London. She is also a qualified Prince2 and TOGAF Practitioner, an Agile Product Owner, and holds certifications in the core Chartered Institute of IT (UK) Business Analysis modules.
Harriet is a passionate mother of 2 young adults, Sean 19, and Jeremy 18. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading living a healthy lifestyle, and helping others in her free time.
